Hambrook School is owned by Options Autism (7) Ltd and is a fully owned subsidiary of P. Bloom Ltd, which is part of OFG Education, a provider of children’s services in the UK.
Hambrook School has its own dedicated management team, under the leadership of Emile Etheridge, Headteacher. Oversight of school management is provided by the Regional Director for Options Autism, Jason Pearn, responsible to the Operations Director, Richard Adams-Murgatroyd, and Chief Operating Officer, Richard Power.
Richard Power also acts as the registered Proprietor Chairperson for P. Bloom Ltd.
The management team is complemented by Group support functions covering Quality and Compliance, Admissions and Marketing, Human Resources, Finance and IT. Key decisions are referred to OFG Education’s Board of Directors, consisting of OFG Education CEO, Richard Power and CFO, Jean-Luc Janet, together with an independent Chairman and three Non-Executive Directors.
In addition, the Group continues its robust governance through local governing committees, a national education performance board, chaired by the Operations Director and an independent Safeguarding and Quality Committee with three independent members. These governance groups meet every term.
