Complaints

We take all complaints seriously. We have a full complaints policy and procedure which is available from the school office or for download above. Initial complaints should be made to the Headteacher, Emile Etheridge via telephone on 01444220210  or via email to info@hambrookschool.co.uk.

 

If the complaint is concerning the Headteacher, please contact Ciaran Walsh, Regional Director – Education on 01204 522667 or via email to ciaran.walsh@ofgl.co.uk. An appeals process is included in this policy.
